Return & Refund Policy
At Duquesa Baby Equipment Hire, we operate a hire service rather than a retail sale. The following terms apply to all hire agreements:
Deposits A refundable security deposit is required for all hire items. The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking.
Your deposit will be returned in full provided that:
- The item is returned on or before the agreed return date
- The item is returned in the same condition as it was hired, allowing for normal wear and tear
Deposit Deductions We reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit in the following circumstances:
- The item is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear
- The item is not returned at the end of the hire period
- The item is returned significantly later than the agreed date
Hire Fees Hire fees are non-refundable once the hire period has commenced.
Cancellations If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. so we are able to rent the reserved equipment to others.
